- Paid / SEA: Aufsetzen, Betreuen und Optimieren von Kampagnen in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) sowie LinkedIn und Meta – für unsere unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen (Praxen vs. Labore).
- SEO: On-Page- und technische SEO-Umsetzung, Keyword-Recherche, Optimierung unserer Landingpages und Content-Seiten (DE/EN), Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Content-Agenturen bei der SEO-Ausrichtung.
- Lead-Gen: Betreuung von Lead-Funnels und Landingpages, A/B-Tests, laufende Verbesserung von Conversion-Raten.
- Tracking & Reporting: Einrichtung und Pflege von Conversion-Tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Ads-/LinkedIn-Pixel), Aufbereitung von Kampagnen-Reports, Ableitung konkreter Optimierungen.
- Zusammenarbeit: Enge Abstimmung mit dem CRM & Marketing Automation Manager (Lead-Übergabe, Attribution) und den externen Content-/Social-Agenturen sowie dem internen Designer.

Ihr Profil
- Erste Praxiserfahrung im Performance-Marketing oder SEO (Praktikum, Werkstudium, Junior-Rolle oder Agentur) – Quereinstieg mit belastbarem Nachweis willkommen.
- Grundverständnis von Google Ads und mindestens einem Social-Paid-Kanal (LinkedIn oder Meta).
- SEO-Grundlagen (On-Page, Keyword-Recherche, Grundverständnis technischer SEO).
- Sicherer Umgang mit GA4 und Google Tag Manager – oder klare Bereitschaft, dich zügig einzuarbeiten.
- Analytisch, zahlenaffin, sauber in der Umsetzung.
- Deutsch fließend, gutes Englisch (unsere Zielgruppen sind international).
- Erfahrung im B2B- oder Med-/Dental-Tech-Umfeld.
- Erste Berührung mit Marketing-Automation oder CRM-Tools (Pipedrive).
