Ihre Aufgaben

  • Du planst, steuerst und optimierst digitale B2B-Marketingkampagnen über Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Retargeting, E-Mail-Marketing sowie weitere relevante Kanäle.
  • Du entwickelst und setzt eine nachhaltige SEO-Strategie um – inklusive Keyword-Recherche, Content-Briefings und kontinuierlicher Optimierung.
  • Du konzipierst und optimierst Landingpages, Conversion-Funnels und unsere Website mit dem Ziel, die Conversion-Rate kontinuierlich zu steigern.
  • Du analysierst die Performance unserer Marketingmaßnahmen mit GA4, Google Search Console, UTM-Konzepten sowie Dashboards und leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab.
  • Du verantwortest CRM-Segmentierung, Lead Nurturing und Marketing Automation, um Interessenten entlang der Customer Journey effektiv zu begleiten.
  • Du entwickelst zielgruppenspezifisches Kampagnen-Messaging für Zahnarztpraxen, Dentallabore, Laborgruppen, DSOs und strategische Partner.
  • Du steuerst die Zusammenarbeit mit der Junior-/Content-Rolle fachlich und sorgst für eine effiziente Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen.
  • Du treibst die Generierung qualifizierter Leads voran und optimierst die Conversion von Website-Traffic zu Leads, Registrierungen und Produktaktivierungen.
  • Du entwickelst eine datenbasierte SEO- und Kampagnen-Roadmap und sorgst für ein transparentes Performance-Reporting mit klaren Handlungsempfehlungen.

Ihr Profil

  • 4+ Jahre Erfahrung im Digital-, Performance- oder Growth Marketing
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau von qualifizierten Leads und Pipeline durch datengetriebenes Marketing.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Performance Marketing, SEO, Content-Steuerung und Marketing Automation.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 sowie CRM- und Marketing-Automation-Tools.
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Agenturen sowie erste fachliche Führungs- oder Lead-Erfahrung.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Nice to have

  • Erfahrung im SaaS-, HealthTech- oder Dental-Umfeld.
  • Kenntnisse in LinkedIn Ads, Retargeting und E-Mail-Marketing.
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Steuerung von Junior- oder Content-Marketing-Kolleg:innen.
